Re: My ej1 is leaking...
Kinda hard to see the pic. Youll have to try and track down where its actually coming from. You can do this by spraying down the engine with degreaser and washing it off (cover any electrical parts or plugs with plastic and have the engine running, be careful of the belts.)

LOeffinL. Poop teh hood.
Anyway, I believe that your problem is most likely a failed motor mount. The mount on that side of an EJ1 is liquid filled, and if it goes, it can leak an oily substance right where you're seeing one. At least... I *think* that's your problem.
If that's the case, you'll need a new lower motor mount. I'm not sure exactly the year of your car, so I guessed. That part lists from Honda for $91.84, or majestic honda carries it for $64.29. Or you could go aftermarket, but there's no reason if you're otherwise stock.
Are you going to fix it yourself, or take it to a shop? At a shop, I'd expect around $250-300 parts and labor. Fixing it yourself is not amazingly difficult, but it does involve unbolting part of the motor and jacking it up a little bit.
