My car thinks it's an automatic!?
Sounds like a weird maury episode.
The previous owner of my 94 civic coupe had a d16z6 swap and auto to manual conversion. It seems to be very incomplete as the automatic switch is still attached (the car won't start or move without it), the gauge cluster still responds to the switch, and there are no reverse lights unless the switch is pushed down into "Reverse".
What the ****?
Could it be the wrong wiring harness?
I plan on swapping the motor and tranny out soon enough and don't want to have this same problem going on when this happens.
