Re: short shifter...??? (tigueremalo)
Depends on how you like it, double bend is positioned closer to the driver. Single bend is going to be like the stock one just with shorter throws. I have a integra double bend shifter on my civic and I love it, and thats not even really short throw so I would imagine with a double bend its much better. -ejoner.

I've got a dual bend on my 96ex and i love it. Being 6'1" 275 it does make it quite hard to reach it though.... i have to bend forward to hit 1,3,5... matter of preference man...

Maybe my thread will help you out but then again maybe it won't because you want to know single or dual bend.

But if I know if you search for little bit you will find a thousand topics on this.

back when i had my d series i had a B&M dual bend shifter. i loved that. now with my ls/vtec swap i have a skunk2 straight shifter, i really prefer the dual bend. dont forget while u have the linkage off doing the shifter, replace the shifter bushings with polyurethane ones (i bought some energy suspension shifter bushings from a local shop) it takes 5 mins to do (just pop old ones off, new ones on) and it deffinetly improves mis shifts and the feel. instead of the sloppy stock feel (i hated that) its now solid, stiff and isnt all sloppy feeling.
try to find someone u know with a dual bend and a straight one, see which one you like. they both perform the same, its all about feel.

Oh I like their shifters. Where did you get it if you don't mind me asking?
