I did raise the bumper up and it lines up perfect, BUT, only if i pull it outwards a little and hold it up, meaning the tabs are probably pushed in due to a probable past accident ?
Meh this blows, but whatever it'll look perfect in due time after i take it to the paintshop.

Wow how funny your birthday is the same as mine and we drive the same type of car and we are both in miami ! Lol i pm'ed you !

Acuronda thanks for that input man it relieved me lol i will just get me a new rad support and be done with it, after all it's not like the support costs an arm and a leg and this is a project i will be doing that will take time and i want it to be done right.

Later down when the car is close to done on the exterior i will post up pics with an actual HD camera.

Just ordered the 99-00 type-r grill and a 10k hid kit.

Tomorrow i will be getting me the 99-00 headlights in oem clear style, going to try and keep it more "usdm clean" than "jdm'ed" out.

Will post pics soon.

Nice build thread. I'll be posting mine soon. Just joined. And I baught a 95 EG Coupe out of a junk yard. The day I braought it home did an LS Integra motor swap. And full suspension. Still needs "ALOT" of work. But I'll have mine up soon

Just thought I would stop by an say that you have a nice car. And you have done a really good job with it. And on the bumper not lining up. What year bumper is it? Cause if it's a 2000 front bumper. Then your problem would be that the Rad core support between the years changed when the front end changed. I know this because we did a 2000 front end conversion on my friends 96 Ek Coupe. Hope that helps Keep up the good work.

Hey man.. When doing the Rad Support. Make sure you take a sharpie and mark exactly where the old one was. So you have fitment marks for the new one. And make sure you have someone that is fairly good at welding. And if you weld it yourself. Throw your welder on Minimum power with low speed wire feed setting. So you don't melt through the core support. And make sure you tuck away all your wires and take out your windshield washer res so you don't melt it. It's always good to be prepared.

Hope that helps Keep us posted on the build. It's coming along pretty good man.

Don't wanna get to technical and start a thread arguement. But incase anyone doesn't know this..

Having a coupe being JDM is completely odd to me. You know since they never distributed the type-r coupes in Japan. Only hatch backs.

However.... The Type-R Coupes were distributed out of Europe. So wouldn't it technically be EDM and not JDM? for the coupes that is..

U-nerd i agree. A jdm'ed out coupe does look kind of out of place and more accepting on a hatchy.

Here is a pic of the headlights on the car. Will take more pics later and post them of each angle of the car.

Thanks acuronda.
Question, is the d16y8 intake manifold better than the y7 ? I can score one for cheap and wondered if i can replace the weird looking y7 piece for the y8 with ease ?
If there's a write-up on here if someone can link me to it that'd be great !

Ehhh. I wouldn't change it. I believe that are the same. The only differnce between the y7 and y8 is the Y8 is vtec and the y7 isnt
