Sounds like you've done your research.
I know there used to be a pretty good write-up on hybrids.jp.whatever
Maybe a Google in order? Good luck

im going to use a kia 6spd **** from work, i can get the fluid from work for free, i have
flywheel mounting bolts to a d16y7 would it work? for hardlines i heard some ppl use stainless fuel lines from autozone, i was going to jerry rig my trans cooler in line with the stainless stugg to see if it cools at all or works for tha matter
for the press plate clutch combo im going to buy a stage 1 that includes both so its kinda easier/cheaper

slave cylinder, clutch hard and soft lines. If this is going to b for ur 93 civic then u'll need 2 mounts. The front lower tranny mount u can use the manual but for the top tranny mount you can either use the auto to manual conversion mount which i did or weld a manual one on.

just misc bolts was the major thing like the ac bracket engine mount i had to wait 10 days for that then i needed to find a manual rear mount. I work at a dealership now as well comes in handy
