Alrite i did a motor swap d16z6 with d16y8 trans...

All the gears go in and out i even hear reverse ... but it does this with or without the clutch up or down ... but if i press the clutch all the way down i hear a lil whinning noise ... Does anyone know what i did wrong?? Car does not move anywheres even if i release the clutch in any gear it doesnt stall or anything it feels like its still in neutral....

Did you replace the clutch or the TOB when this swap was done? Did you remove any hard lines to the slave? Bleed the system if you did...

If you have trans fluid coming out of your axle then your problem is your axel isn't seated properly in the tranny. You need to push it in further, then it should move the car. No need to remove the entire tranny.

axle for sure. one just isn't seated so it's spinning. no need to pull the trans.

yep, sounds like an axle for sure. you gotta tap those guys in place and make sure they are seated properly. if you cant get in there with all of your suspension back together just pop off the axle nut and use a soft face hammer and tap it in. you could just flip the nut over to give you enough to press the axle all the way in. waaay easier then pulling the trans.

With the engine running?

Then you might have a major clutch problem.

Could be a worn down or cracked flywheel if it catches at the very end of your clutch release.

Well, fix the axle issue first. What I do is used piece of MDF against the cup and boot and pound lightly until it's in a reasonable distance. I've heard torn or damaged a boot/cup doing this cuz it MDF board...
