motor swap
i have a 93 dx civic hatch. I would like to know if anyone could please help me with info like-if i get an obd2 itr motor, wat will i need? will ac that comes with car work or the compressor that comes with motor and will there be enough clearance? will the c/v joints that come with motor work in my hubs? wat will have to be changed on the wiring harness? will everything bolt up?
i have also heard that an h22 would be a way better way to go. being that is has more torque and that it also has stronger top end-does anyone know if there is someone that makes c/v joints for a dx civic with an h22 swap? wat about the a/c? will that work with the h22 in there? i would def. like to get some more input on this b4 i make my decision....i def. want to keep the a/c-does anyone know about the wiring? how hard will that be? will hasport have to make mine custom? and also wat obd is the h22? THANX!

Re: motor swap (TeamNextGenChris)
a H22 doesn't hae a stronger top end than a type-r motor.... plus there more of a pain to install..... u can use ur stock hubs the b-series axles will fit in them fine... u will have to either add the extra wires to ur stock harness or get a Si/ex harness then run them into ur ecu .. if u get the mounts with the type-t u can use them if not and u want a good set i'd get the hasport mounts,, and yet they do make ac bracked for them also
