momo hub issues help!!!
i got a 96 civic so the part # 4920 for the hub. as i tried installing it ran into some problems. the splines lined up perfectly but the problem is the hub won't slide all the way down to the two little notches (turn signal switch i guess???). my bro got a 98 civic and he said that his slid all the way down with out a problem. any suggestions??? and if i can't get it all the way down is it even safe to drive without those two little things beign lined up. any help thanks...

Re: momo hub issues help!!! (civic702)
i think i know what your talking about. i ran into this problem as well. that thing with the two "nipples", its yellow and black right and say SRS all over it? then if it is then there are two screws somewhere, i forgot but it think its on the sides or on the face itself. remove that entire assembly, then the hub should slide right onto it. with that off, its fine becuase its on the teeth of the center piece. im driving around without that and im doing fine. if your having more problems, take pics and maybe i can help ya out
