SPD DMN

i have a d16y7 and im putting in a y8 intake manifold and swapping a full z6 head with dizzy... ive been doing some research from searching and have questions:

1) I must get a p28 ECU right?
2) Can i use my timing belt or do i have to use a z6 belt?
3) Anything else I need?

Any help/insight would be appreciated thanks!

1)yes
2)yours will work but i'd suggest getting a new one if its old
3)wire up the vtec

thnx, just a question im a newb at this but what is required to wire up the vtec? what im asking is do i need to buy anything or can wiring up the vtec be done without anything else to be bought?

just need some wire, like 16ga.-18ga., you can get that at auto zone, then just do a search on exactly how to wire it up(easier that way cause could prolly get a daigram), which would be better that asking someone to tell you how cause you may forget something, search "mini-me" or something like that, and you prolly wanna change your haed gasket if you didn't know that already

What car is this going into? You may need an OBD conversion harness to use the OBDI computer....
