VTEC solenoid and something other than your Y7 intake manifold too. You also didn't make mention of any gaskets so anything you remove that has a gasket you should replace.

EDIT: It'd help a bit if you clarified which head and ECU you are using.

Trying to figure out why you haven't done this yet. If you have you wouldn't still be asking these questions.

Errrr. You GOT your help. YOu didn't want to take it. Someone told you earlier in this thread to look in teh FAQs. If you had done that like you CLAIM you did you would have found your answers. Guess where I just got those links? THE FAQs!!! "I'm new here" is the tired old cop-out excuse everyone uses when they don't want to search or educate themselves using the resources already at their disposal.

No you didn't look. I'll put money on it.
I hear ten year olds claim the same thing in the classroom all the time. Doesn't sound any different when grown men say it either.

Next time go to this link first. It isn't curated for nothing. Frequently Asked Questions. That's exactly the kind of question you asked. Frequently as in asked many many times. There was NO reason to even post this in teh first place. Be mad all you want.

He didn't come off mad, look under his screen name. This is normal. You received at as hostile as many do but read his statements again without the hostile presumption. He's simply stating the obvious. Nothing more nothing less. Let it go and keep in mind that the entire point is that many of the questions new comers have are nothing new and in fact most likely covered in the FAQ. If not, try google or whatever search engine you like in addition to the websites search function. After that if you still have questions THEN you make a thread asking specific questions.

Its true...for those of us who have been here a long time, these questions are quite repetitive and have all been covered in depth in the FAQ, but until you're familiar with the site, its easy to overlook the FAQs at the top. Now you know where they are...
