Default Mini Me Problems

I recently swapped a d16z6 head onto my d15b7 block and have everything done. I followed the mini me write up and now my car will not crank. I seem to have no fire. can anyone help me out?

If it won't crank, you have a starter motor or battery problem.

which one is it, does it crank or not? You have to be more detailed if you want real solutions.
