You'll need:
electric window regulators for each door
window switches for each door
wire harnesses for each door
electric window door panels for each door
a floor wire harness
fuses to put in the fuse box for each window
That should be about it unless you plan to also convert to power mirrors and locks.
And it is definitely not an easy job but I did it to my car with no problems and its worth the work.

Oh,well yea you can just make your own.
That's what I did since the junk yard wanted $150 for it because they said its so much work to get it out.
I bought 5 rolls of 16 gauge wire from advance auto for about $27 and a few other things so when I bought everything it was around $50 that I spent on my home made harness.
And I have a 4 door so it should cost even less for you to make one.

Also you'll need the part of the harness that clips into the back of the fuse box and the 2 ends of the wire harnesses for each door and then you just solder everything, shrink tube it and wrap the wires in electrical tape.
