Major Richness Problem as well as others.
Setup: 1997 CX hatch with 1999 EX VTEC swap and OBD1 converted ECU.
Ok, I got my auto P06 ECU converted and chipped.
Anyhoo, he says he put a stock D16Y8 map on the chip with light mods added. I have a 4 into 1 Holley Airmass header (awesome header by the way), MSD SCI, Nology Hotwires, Nology Profire coil, 2 1/4" full catless exhaust, and a cold air intake.
First off its throwing a solid CEL, no blinks, no codes just solid, yet the car runs. Secondly its running 100% rich 95% of the time when I datalog with uberdata and ECUcontrol. The O2 sensor readings were 0 at idle, or 0-7 or 8ish. Then at rev the O2 sensor went to 17-45. I have no idea how to read O2 sensor readings so maybe you guys can help.
The most recent addition aside from the ECU and OBD1 harness is the headers. I ahve to lengthen the wire by cutting and splicing the O2, could that have anything to do with it besides the supposedly bad burned chip?
I put the chip in my friends 99 Si with the same P06/P28 converted ECU and his runs flatout great aside from the solid CEL. His is stoich 85% of the time and doesn't seem to have the same problems. Any ideas?

This is most likely the source of the richness. Did you solder and shrinkwrap the splice or just tape it together?

I have no expertise, but it sounds like bad code on the chip.
