Default LS/Vtec OBD1 into an EK

Car/motor: 1997 Civic Cx 5spd. D16y7 (no vtec) OBD2a
Built motor: OBD1 Ls/Vtec (ecu, dizzy, alt, injectors everything is obd1)
wired up for an integra/eg civic.

I know obd1 motor in obd2 wont pass inspection blah blah, not worried about that.
I already know I will need a obd2a --> obd1 jumper harness for my ecu.
The harnesses on EK's is one-piece direct to the ecu. EG/DC is two-piece. So using the harness thats on the motor is out of the question.

I want to know my options/your input for my motor harness..

So far my only option really looks like a chase bays B-D harness..
it is the entire harness, wired for vtec, and goes straight to obd1 ecu clips (wouldn't need the jumper harness)..

I was thinking about using a Del-Sol obd1 vtec harness..but aren't those two-piece harnesses like the eg/dc?

would it be better to run an obd2 vtec head on the obd1 block? the only thing is the head I have is decently built (cams, valves, springs, retainers, mild port, full msd ignition, aem fuel rail etc.) and I could transfer over the parts..
