obd1 motor with obd2 harness with ecu conervsion harness questions
Alright im swapping an obd1 D back into my ek because its been totally parted out and i have the conversion harness for the obd1 ecu but isnt there something special you have to do with the engine harness that connects to the ignition dizdributor? are there any other mofifications to the harness that need to be done for the obd1 motor? thanks in advance guys!

yeah you will have to de-pin the connectors for the distributor and wire it the way it is supposed to be for obd1...why may i ask are you converting an obd2 car to obd1 if it's already been parted out? if you plan on selling it you may want to be careful im pretty sure you could get in some trouble for having an obd2 car converted to obd1 if the new owners have to run an emissions test on it and don't know.

well i am in canada and there are no emmisions. because i have i got a free D series that is obd1 from a friend and didnt feeling like forking money out to get an overpriced obd2D. Do you know what i will have to do to the harness exactly? or a website where it explains it?
