Default LS Pistons on GSR Rods?

I know that you have to shave LS rods to put type R/GSR pistons on, but do you have to do anything to put LS pistons on the GSR rods? TIA.

Shouldnt have to. LS pistons have bigger wrist pin area (think thats what its called, brain fart). GSR is smaller, so are the rods.

Im sure you could possibly make it work by having a machine shop make you some spacers to slide over the wrist pin on either side of the rod.

You would drasticly lower your compression ratio which i guess is your goal.
