LS into EK swap problem. Someone chime in.
Spent the whole day putting in my first swap. Everything went ok except for a little wiring issue. If anyone can help me out, please do.
Car: 97 Civic EX
Motor: 2000 LS
Problem: Left over plugs. After putting on the EX wire harness on the motor. Everything pluged in except these two. Anyone know what they do?
I also have these two connectors left and I dont know what to do with them.
By the rear trans, looks as if its connected to nothing.
Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance.

Re: (Jumpmann23)
the second pic is the crank angle sensor but for the integra engine you have to change the plug from the civic harness from a three prong to a two prong from the integra. the brown wire out of the three is the ground so when you change from 3 to 2 prong you have to wrap the brown wire with the blue ( i think) your car is not going to be running right without the brown wire grounded. i have a 97 cx with a 99 LS. good luck and pm me with questions. i'll try to answer them as much as i can.

-- first off, one sure way to see which plug goes where, is by turning your car on and seeing what codes the ecu throws. This will help find out which plug should be going to what sensor.
-- hmm, this plug could be a used for a variety of sensor. Either IACV, Water Temp sensor (sensor thats located right below the distributor area on head), or EGR sensor.
-- this plug looks like the VSS sensor plug (sensor on back of tranny)
-- this is the CKF sensor, your EX harness should have this, but like the others have said, you need to swap your EX's harness-side CKF plug for the LS's harness-side CKF plug, if you have it that is. The EX CKF harness-side plug isn't compatible with the B18B CKF femal plug seen in your picture.
-- this looks like an 02 sensor plug
Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance.
