I am guessing that you broke the bolt/capture nut that is welded inside the front subframe. You have 2 options 1st is to open up the subframe under where bolt goes through and weld a nut in place then close the subframe back up. The 2nd option is to replace the entire lower front subframe but they are very expensive around $350.

if the sway bar was bent you will need to get a new one.

that bolt is just spinning? yeah you probablly just snapped the welded nut inside the subframe off. you dont need to replace the entire subframe but you can if you want.

what i did when this happened to me when i was trying to put on n H brace was if you look at where the welded nut would be there is alread a predrilled hole underneath it on the subframe. cut a larger square out. get a 17 or 19 mm wrench in there and get the bolt and nut out.

get a new bolt from honda and go to HD or Lowes and get a m10 or m12x1.25 i believe nut. and just do a nut and bolt combo. add thread locker and ur done. did it with my full suspension hatch which i beat on and its lasted 2 yrs no problems.

yeah you can replace the whole subframe, IDK about $350, maybe new. i find it easier to just replace the frame. hit up a junk yard and pull it off yourself, you'll save alot of money.
