low idle problem
I have a '92 Si with a '94 B18C1; I'd ask in the Integra forum but it gets about... zero traffic.
Anyway, cold idle is fine. Warm idle is at or below 500rpm as the needle basically rests on the stop peg right there. Plugs/wires are new, cap/rotor are about a year old, fuel filter is about a year old. Ignition timing is correct, timing belt was replaced several months ago but looks fine to me, car's power is all there, etc.
If I unplug the IACV with the car idling @ warm idle, it seems to dip down, but the idle is already so low it doesn't seem to make a difference on the tach. This will flip a CEL.
When I plug it back in, the idle seems to go up a little, but again, not enough to make a difference.
I cleaned the IACV with carb cleaner and while it was dirty and is now clean, that made no difference.
ECU has been reset multiple times.
Air filter is clean. Vacuum hoses all appear fine. Missing a nut on one exhaust stud on my exhaust manifold, well, because the stud broke and I haven't felt like drilling into my head to extract the son of a bitch.
Any ideas?

i've had the same prob, and also cleaned my iacv and blah blah blah.....
If you just need a quick fix, try running your headlights all the time it should bump your idle up to 7 or 800.

headlights on/off doesn't change anything.

Re: low idle problem (SkyeC)
I know it's stupid, but have you tried to adjust the base idle by adjusting the idle mixture screw on the TB?
Your problem is too low of an idle, correct? You want to be at like 750rpm when warm, right?
Maybe I missed something?

Re: low idle problem (B18C5-EH2)
yeah, you need to have the engine idling at 750rpm with the IACV unplugged, then turn the car off, reset the ecu and plug the IACV back in before starting it up again.
