Looking for RELIABLE honda shop in MARYLAND area
Hey im out in Western MD and I have a b17a1 with tranny that I need completely checked out before I swap it in to my car. I dont trust myself to do this because I know something is wrong with the tranny, and I know nothing about them, and I want the shop to make sure the engine is built as i was told (crowler rods, arias pistons, 8.5:1 CR)
Anyway, the only shop I know of around here is TNS Customizing, which i havent heard word either way on as far as quality. But from the posts I've read not all shops are good, ive even read some awful horror stories from leaving your **** with the wrong shop.
So anyone know a trustworthy shop in MD who can completely check out my B17a1 swap and hopefully I can establish a relationship with to keep doing work on the swap (turbo project)?
Thanks!

i know about westminster speed and sound, and they are near me, but i mean im not about to drop this engine off at a shop thats gonna blow it up, anyone know if any of these shops have a good rep?
Scratchy: how much would it cost you to look at this engine, im talking THOROUGH (remove head, oil pan, check pistons, take off tranny and bellhousing, check it out, possibly install LSD). I do web work/ hosting, if your shop needs a site to bring in extra biz i can totally hook you up. http://www.artfunction.com i can to whatever u can dream up...

Re: (turbotime)
I've talked to Brian at mid-atlantic a bunch before, he knows his ****. I believe they're in Towson. I recommend them to people in MD whenever the topic comes up.

Yes i hear Wilkerson at mid atlantic knows his **** but also have heard about good things from a place in Finksburg, Maryland called Absolute Pro-formance! Its about 15 mins away from Westminster Speed and Sound and 5 mins away from EIP tuning!
