Default Swap shops in Georgia or Louisianna. Need adivce.

I am in the process of moving from Germany to Louisianna and then to Georgia one month later, I am looking for a shop, either in Georiga, or around the New Orleans area to do a GSR swap into a 2000 HX. Got any recommendations. Would prefer that the shop supply the engine swap.

Definitely find a shop in Georgia. That way when something goes wrong (and it probably will) you'll be there in GA near the shop and won't have to drive/tow your car 10 hours to have them fix it. Just my .50, IMHO.

This ain't in Georgia, but i PROMISE you it's worth the drive. It's actually in between georgia and lousiana. It's in Tuscaloosa, AL. (Just south of Birmingham)

They do AWESOME work, and the owner has been workin on imports for 15 years. He knows his stuff, and he takes his time WITH EVERY swap/turbo. He did my h22 swap, and you should SEE the pics. It looks factory. Trust me.

My halfcut (which we got from JARCO motors.) http://www.jarcoinc.com
was like like $2395, DELIVERED, with 50,082 miles on it.

As far as installation, i got the hook up bein that I'm in his car club. As far as you, i could tell him about you, and i think he does installs for everyone else at under $1000. But i PROMISE it's well worth it. He cuts NO corners. And in my opinion, is VERY pickey about his work. He takes every car one-by-one, to do it RIGHT.

It's just some of the little things that'll add up too though, that's OUT of his hands, but is worth it like:
HASPORT motor mounts,Timing belt, ALL new seals, and gaskets, plugs, plugs wires, oil, filter, fluids, engine paint, etc. etc.

Give him a call and just talk to him. They're open 8:30-5:00 every weekday.
Ask for Jamie Tell him David told you to call him.
