AS YOU MAY KNOW THE DEL SOL HAS 3 KEYS ONE FOR THE IGNITION, THE LOCKS, AND ONE FOR THE TRUNK. UNFORTUNATELY THEY WERE ALL ON THE SAME KEY CHAIN THAT I "ACIDENTLY" LOCKED IN MY TRUNK. ALSO TO MAKE THING WORSE I HAVE NO SPARES... PLEASE HELP I NEED TO FIND A WAY TO GET INTO THAT TRUNK WITHOUT A LOCKSMITH, SOMETHING PRACTICAL. PLEASE ! THNKZ>>>>>>

ppl arent going to tell you how to break into the car...you havent been on ht much so im guessing youre not aware ht is a breeding ground for theives....call a lock smith

welding torch or a bench grinder will go straight through that thin aluminum trunk.

find a buddy with a sol and see if his key opens it. Chances are slim, but you'd be surprised.

yeah, just get the registration info from your glovebox and take it to a dealer to get a key made.

A couple dollars, when i had a del sol i locked my key in my trunk and had to just show my registration to the dude behind the parts counter and he made me up a key.

NO. not ALL del sol's have 3 different keys. you my friend probably have a salvaged car that was stolen so everything had to be replaced. i have just 1 key that opens up everything. i even have a spare that does the same.

Go to the dealership with proof that you own the car. Title, bill of sale, registration, etc. Then they will cut you a key.

unfortuantly that works alot....drove all the way to school with my DA key in my DC ignition

Word, my buddy was a mechanic at sears. One day he had a repair ticket and all it said was "92 accord, rotate tires, alignment, and oil change."(no color or any details on the ticket) He takes the key and heads for the parking lot. 2 90-93 accords were sitting there, parked next to one another. So he sticks the key in car number one, and presto car unlocks and starts. when he's got the car half-way done his boss comes in to work and tells him that's the wrong car. So he finished and goes to take the car back and someone else had parked in the spot. Se he waited for an hour or so until the spot was free and returned the car to it's spot. No one ever said anything, but I bet the guy driving home was thinking "man, my car sure does drive better.
