leaky Driver Side Drive Shaft to Transmission Seal?
Hey guys,
I believe I am leaking transmission fluid from the drivers side driveshaft where it inserts to the transmission. I'm thinking there is a seal there that has gone bad, but not clear of the correct name...unless it's something ridiculously simple, like, leftside driveshaft seal...
anyone with experience in repairing this?
i've taken my driveshafts out so many times from various things, i think it had enough.
Thanks.

its simple - driverside axle seal. to replace it just look at what position it is at and then remove it with a prybar, line it up square with the hole put the old seal on top of the new one. lightly tap the seal inwith a malletand make sure it goes in evenly and to the same depth it was before if it goes in too far it will leak. good luck
