Koni Yellows - best setting
I just put my konis on, and besides my exhaust pipe hitting under neath my car (cause I'm lowered now) they feel great.
but I was just wondering what the best settings is for track and just for daily.
what is the purpose to adjust the firmness ?

Just adjust it to what you like, probably not as firm on the street as on the track. The purpose is just that, the shock will be firmer, that is it will be more difficult to compress and decompress it.

Shocks are meant to the control the rebound of a spring. Koni recommends not running any springrate higher than 400lb/in. SO at full firm it can handle 400lb/in I don't know what the minimum firm is, but i'd try and adjust from there and test how bouncy your car is.

on full softness it felt like crap imo i got the h&r cup kit same thing almost they are koni shocks. i self them half a turn in front and 1 in the back it was ok. now i do 1 in front and and 1.5 in the back. kinda firm but i like it. only way is to mess around with it to see how you like it. i like a firm ride.
