Default Just a few questions..

Hello, I'm new to this site

And I'm extremely new to Civics, I just bought my first one, (92 DX hatch) today.. normally I'm a 3rd gen Integra guy, I spend more time around those, and this one's tiding me over til I can afford one, but lets be real with what I have now.

I have no friggin clue what engine I'm running, I want to say its a d15b7?? If not, could someone clear that up? Its completely bone-stock.

The other thing is, is Platinum tint illegal in California?

Any good ideas how to add horsepower easily on a cheaper budget? I'm only making about 400-500 a month right now I'm working part time.

Thanks, and sorry if this sounds stupid

Daniel

yes you do have a d15b7
no idea on the tint since i'm not from cali.
cheap power can be had by a junkyard turbo kit. if you know what you need i've heard of junkyard kits being peiced together for as little as 250-500 bucks.
or if you want to stay NA. do a mini me head swap, cam, and ex/si tranny. or even a 1.6 vtec (d16z6, d15b, d16y8) longblock can be had for pretty cheap these days. any questions pm me. good luck
