JDM Cluster with DX wiring..
I just bought a JDM cluster for my 94 coupe so i can have RPM's and because its JdM But I noticed that when i unplugged the stock cluster there is a spot for a little yellow plug, well on the JDM cluster I have there is no spot for that little yellow plug and im having this feeling thats why it doesnt light up amber when I turn my lights on.. In fact, it doesnt light up at all..!! All the other lights work "battery, seatbelt, highbeams, ect" but the actual number do not light up. So all in all what im curious to know is, if i take off the gauges on my JDM cluster, can I pop in the harness from my DX to make it work..?? Thanks...

I think the yellow plug is for the airbag light.
But i'm not sure why your cluster is not lighting up. It should be plug and play.
I would say pull the individual bulbs out and check them, but I don't think that they would all burn out at the same time.
Is your dimmer switch turned up?
sorry I can't be more of a help.

Yellow plug is for SRS. I would say check all the bulbs, when I got my cluster a few bulbs were burnt out. The JDM cluster doesn't use a dimmer switch, so it shouldn't be that.

I was just thinking about maybe trying to find brighter bulbs... Dunno what kinda luck i'll have on that... I put clear side markers on my car a while ago, i bought them from this lil import shop around town.. I was wondering if i'd have any trouble putting the amber jdm covers on the ones i have now? Or would I have to just replace the whole thing..?? Either way its no biggie just curious....
