Do you have any CELs? Have you cleaned your IACV? Try taking off your throttle body and cleaning all the orifices with carb cleaner. Don't forget to reset your ECU after as well!

CEL is a Check Engine Light. I -think- that 2 wire plug could be your TPS. Is it on the throttle body or under the IACV? Your IACV has a plug on it too =P make sure that's plugged in!

Not entirely sure on this one but I don't think knock sensors are on OBD1 motors. Are you using an OBD2 ECU and harness? What year is your car?

B16As and B18Cs have knock sensors, B18As and B18Bs do not, regardless of OBD version.

if you are using a P72 (GS-R) or a P30 (B16A) ECU you will need to wire in a knock sensor Alternatively you can use a chipped P28.

Pics of said connector would be really helpful, or at least the wire colors going to the connector. As a guess knock sensot, thats all I can think of in the location that uses a 2 wire plug.

Again pics would really help here. pink/blue and yellow/black is for the IAB solenoid.
