probably $500-1000 if you have all the parts

its a waste of money swap imo

save up a little more and get the ITR or just get the gsr

Yah, around 500-1000 depending where. Yes, you are better off saving a little extra and going with itr swap.

I was interested as well in the b16b, mainly because I want to go all out ctr..

You might as well get a jdm b16 and do some head work, throw in some cams. You should have more hp then the b16b, plus it would be cheaper

He's asking how much it would be to install, not how much the swap would be. So it wouldn't be cheaper.. Install labor would be the same... period....

As for the going install labor price, if you lived near me i could get it installed for no more than 500$ by a certified mechanic....

Assuming there is no parts cost involved of course

Why dont you just do it yourself, i am finishing up my first engine swap... its really not that difficult if your mechanically inclined, and a bit brave (brave only because the job itself looks intimidating, its not as hard as it looks, atleast it wasnt for me)

You'll need to spend about 200-400$ if your gonna DIY for tools, but you'll end up with all the tools and knowledge to be able to work on your honda for the rest of its life..
