ITR spring rate... best way to have it?
Basically, I want the Tein RAs with the ITR spring rate for my 93 hatch but I'm not sure which is the best way to go about this. I hear of many people that have coilovers from an ITR and use the ITR rear lower control arms to make them fit. What's the benefit if any from doing this rather than just ordering the springs with the ITR rate for a civic? Do the ITR rear control arms benefit in handling over the civics'?

You might want to get ITR lower control arms (or even GSR) anyway. It will help with handling, indirectly; ITRLCA's allow you to put on an ITR tie bar and sway bar.
Also, New control arms with bushings makes the install 200% easier. There one particular suspension bolt that siezes very badly on most cars ( its the one in the middle of the LCA, don't know what its called); you can avoid it completely if you put in different LCA's. It makes the rear suspension even an easier piece of cake.

I was looking online and noticed Function 7 makes aluminum type-r lcas. What do you guys think of those in comparison to the oem R ones?
