Civic LCA vs ITR LCA

Civic LCA vs ITR LCA
If you had the choice of getting a shock that would bold up to your EG LCA's or get ITR shocks and ITR control arms for a little bit more, which would you get and why? I am NOT interested in bling factor or "the ITR is better cause its for an ITR" kind of BS. Practicallity is my main consideration here. This will be for a road course set up and spring rates will be in the area of 400-600 lbs/in. I wont mind spending the extra money on the ITR shocks and control arms is its justifyable. If you had civic control arms and they broke, which made you upgrade to ITR arms, I'd really like to hear about your experience. Thanks alot guys.

the only reason why you would get itr lca is b/c you want to by coilovers for made ONLY for itr, like teins HA. Otherwise you are just wasting money.

yea dont waste your money on itr shocks and lca. if you factory one broke, find a set of integra lca with the sway mount. as for springs just order some custom rate from eibach.

for reference, im looking into the JIC FLTARS. So I have the choice of either civic shocks or ITR shocks. But you guys are basically agreeing with my assumption that the ITR shock is a waste of money.

A stock ITR shock is more stiffly valved than say a GSR shock, but can not take 400-600lb springs for any long length of time.
The ITR LCA is way better than a stock Civic LCA, has a swaybar attachment, and can be had for <$100. Half the price of those purple blinger items everyone has a boner for.
You can get Konis in an ITR fitment, as well as Bilsteins, both of which can take the 400-600lbs you plan on running. (also most of the "jdm" suspension folks make ITR fitments)

what if he wanted better bushing, thicker lca's and and all around more stronger set up in the rear?
btw if everone thinks that itr control are just for bling then why did these control arms come stock on sir's in every other country?

This is exactly what i am trying to get answered. I wanna know if its really necessary/practical to upgrade to ITR pieces.

Ok... so get some SRRs or ITRs. the stockers suck.
