Basically we have a EG hatch swapping in a JDM ITR using a obd1 DX wiring harness. We had to clip the obd11 injectors off hte harness and add them to the DX harness same with this ALternator plug. We added wires for Knock, Vtec, Vtec pressure switch and ran the o2. Got a p28 had it rechipped for hte R Everything looks right but we arent getting vtec and the hatch is no where near pulling right.

you have a jdm engine and a usdm ecu

your itr engine doesnt have a vtec PRESSURE sensor.....you said you ran a vtec pressure wire.....so you swapped the itr vtec control sensors out with somthing usdm?

Yes JDM type R and a rechipped p28 the wires we ran are the sensor right under the vtec solenoid. i thought that was the pressure sensor?

if its a japanese engine you wont have a pressure sensor, and if your ecu is usdm, you wont get vtec.....should be a green plug for the pressure sensor, usually is

NM we took the vtec assembly off my JDM GSR and wired it up car runs HELLA strong now. Thansk fellas
