you can make them yourself with stock intake manifold runners and injectors, then just saw off the plenum, add some motorcycle TBs, add velocity stacks, then just rig the TPS.
if you can't do that you don't deserve ITBs

no, i haven't done this, but just think of what they are, individual throttle bodies. thats it.
there is no real weirdness in them other than the venturi tunnel velocity stacks, I would try and find those premade for optimum flow, but their dimensions would depend on displacment and max RPM more than anything.
I think of them like an intake, you can build it or you can buy it, as long as its not a stressed part of your engine, like a piston / rod / bolts / gasket / driveshaft / most else.... you can make it yourself and see most of the gains...
when you buy a hella expensive set of ITBs you are buying CNCd flanges and CNC injector ports, and fuel rail mounts... all of which your stock IM already has.
H IMs already have places to run direct port nitrous on the underside of the mani.

sounds like a worthy setup for ITBs..........TWM and Toda are the two best in the field of ITBs. but, IMO, ITBs arent good for a daily driven cars. sure they make good power, but, the gas mileage and idle problems may give u more of a headache than anything........just my .02
