Icon2 Issues running just a Y-pipe?

Dumb question haha...My exhaust pipe decided to detach itself from the cat, and for the past week, the cat has been hanging. So today I decided to take it off. Would there be any problems if I use the car with just the y-pipe?

Probably none if you can take the noise. Maybe violate an ordinance or two? Jersey is almost as bad as California.

Ugh, I know. I took the cat off so I could try and get the flange that`s stuck on. I did soak it for a few hours in WD and still no luck..any ideas?

Take it to someone and have them grind the bolts off if that's possible.

?? You plan on just jamming it into the end of the exhaust that's left? Just take it to an exhaust shop. Shouldn't cost that much money.

Damn lol. I`m just going to take it to my mechanic tomoro before work and see if he can get the flange off. If not, I`m just going to get a test pipe..
