theyve got 2 connections
1 for ground
1 for power
All you do is tap into the RED wire that powers your corner/parking lights, and ground the other.
Now, the "jdm way" is to completely cut the corner's red wire supply, so they ONLY blink, making the city lights the only light thats just "on".
Personally, I had mine this way for about a week and then reconnected the corners. I like it better, and I think its safer

If you wire them to the corner lights what keeps them from blinking when you turn on your turn signals? I need to wire mine up too but I have always wondered this.

there are 3 wires connected to the corner lights
Green, Red, and Black
The Red wire is the "on" wire. When you turn your parking lights on, this is the wire thats supplying a continuous stream of power.
The Green wire is the signal wire. If you connect this to the city lights, they will flash only. (This wire is connected to sidemarkers.)
Black, is therefore, obviously the ground.
