Default I'm confused, please show me what oil pan I need!

So I've decided to replace the oil pan in my 96 EX Civic Coupe. The engine block says D16Y8, it is an auto tranny, What oil pan do I need? There are two styles I've seen, and I keep reading contradictory info on which one will fit. Examples of the two are listed below. Please help me pick one! Thanks!

both pans from the auctions fit the motor, the question is will it allow proper clearance for the exhaust?

Id buy the black one

I just compared each to the dealership pictures,. seems the Y7 oil pan is teh weird one, which makes sense because the exhaust manifold has the catalytic converter directly bolt onto it

so again, buy the black one.

I seem to recall their being an oil pan gasket issue with trying to run a Y7 oil pan on a Y8 or vice versa, IIRC it centered around the Y8 using kind of a weird gasket compared to everything else.

Just out of random curiosity. Why are you changing the pan?
