Default idler pulley problem? d16y8 (searched already i need help!)

i had my headgasket replaced by mike (archidictus), he did a great job, but my car makes a gurgling noises around 1k rpm's... it's making the same noise it did before Honda replaced the A/C idler pulley about a year ago... my idler pulley can't be messed up again, can it? mike didn't even mess with the A/C...

so what do you think it is? belt not tight enough? too tight?

what do you guys think, thanks

um i did tighten and then loosen up the timing belt, and it didnt take care of the noise... we didn't mess with the A/C belt or PS belt so i don't think that's the problem, I don't know what else it could be
