I've got a b16a in my hatch and its having idling problems. It idles most of the time around 1800rpm but some times unless i get down on it when i hit the clutch it can go up to 2000 or a little higher. I've tried a tps from the junkyard and it didn't work and i tried an iacv and it actually made it idle higher. i'm lost. Can someone tell me what to try next or if i should try another tps or iacv. neither were new.

i got the same problem, wat kind of ecu u using? stock ecu? wat kind of fuel pump and injectors u have?

Just a suggestion, It might be the idle air controler on your throttle body..Try adjusting that while the engine is warm.

. I've just got the stock fuel pump and injectors. Its a japanese takeout. Where is the idle air controller on the throttle body??? Thanks for your help.
