Default idle problem (again) new info

Ok, randomly my 2003 Civic Ex (d17 1.7 vtec sohc) decides to idle very roughly. I've tried different gas. I normally use premium however i used super to see if there was a difference - there was no difference. So, I did a test, I turned off the car and started it back up. Problem dissappeared (for that commute home). It still happens randomly. I live in cold-*** northern virginia where the weather has been around 20 degrees. I have only noticed this problem this winter, the car has about 15k miles.

Also, sometimes my car takes forever to start and turnsover for 1-3 seconds (like an old car). I was thinking a sensor might have gone (cranksensor) or something becuase that happened once before when i spun my car out in the rain and hit a curb (no exterior damage cuz i didnt hit nothin but a goddamn curb). They replaced the cranksensor and then later replaced the ECU after no change (check engine light stayed on). After the ECU was replaced everything was "fine". Well I am rambling please offer any advice if you can.

have you checked your air filter lately? I know it sounds simple, but sometimes those can cause a strange idle

Also coolant level. If it's low it can cause an erratic idle

I have a stock airbox. I am thinking of gettin an Iceman tho! woo

I replaced the coolant when it was low about 2-3 months ago. Should be ok now but I should probably check again. It made this slurping sound whenever i revved before i added coolant haha.
