anybody know why i have a high idle, i idle at 14-1500 rpms i just recently swapped a B18A1 into a EG 4-dr. bogs a little but not that much! anything will help.

have you check to see if your throttle cable is too tight???

i still have my stock lx gas cables and i had made a custom bracket for the gas line, yeah i should check the throttle cable. thanks i will get back to you to see if this is it.

the throttle isnt too tight so i dont know whats next to think about.

try and get throttle body cleaner and spray inside where the blade is,it should help cuz there is probley alot of gunk inside and it wont let the blade close all the way so its keepin the throttle open more than normal

yeah when i had repaced the gasket i had saw balck crude or whatever was up in there. do yall think that any fuel injected -Intake manifold cleaner will work? thanks a lot yall for the help, ill try and get back at you guys thanks

My car idled high because of a vaccum leak, it would be fine when i started it but when i would give it gas it would idle high lean go back to normal. After i get on it a little and let off the gas it starts bouncing like crazy for a little bit.
