I just took my IACV apart and tried to hook it up to a 12v source and heard that it clicked. So it works. I still get shitty idle. I get no CEL. I also just converted from y7 manifold to a y5 manifold. Converted to ODB1 too and did the repin trick. I have no idea whats wrong. I flushed out all the bublbes from the coolent too.

Is your iacv located on the throttle body or on the back of the intake manifold?

Whats the problem your getting? Do you have a FITV?

check for vacuum leaks, then iacv, fitv.

First of all the civic I have doesn't have a FITV. My idle is jumping right now I'm bleeding the air from my system.
