skunk 2 alpha throttle body 70mm and 70mm intake manifold b16 issue
after I installed my skunk2 alpha tb was installed and blox intake manifold, it idles high and makes a screeching sound sometimes and it smokes and runs rich. my friend tellse to take out the thermostat to fix the smoking problem. I think I need a tune to compensate for the increase in air flow but I just want the car running normal until I get enough for a tune. is the crazy idle due to vacuum leak which I'm sure I sealed all of them? any ideas to fix idle and smoking problem? I tried to mess with the tps sensor to idle less but I don't know if that works.

mine did that at first(running rich). The idle can be adjusted via the idle screw then calibrate you'r tps. but first check to see if you have any vac leaks im assuming you have more than "bolt ons" with that 70mm tb you're running.....
