I NEED URGENT HELP!!
ok first off my car is gone about a month in the shop..(long story) anyways I'm getting ctr pistons installed in my b16 with a mugen head gasket. now the problem is, is that the ctr pistons with the OEM piston rings, are locking up in the block. the head is not on, they're just on the crank and they try to hand crank them and they don't move. this is the 3rd time they have to do take it apart and put it back together because of this problem. If any one is in the socal area and knows a lot about this kinda of stuff I would greatly appreiciate if they can call me or IM me because I'm kinda screwed on this, becuase the guy who milled the rods to fit the pistons milled the rods not the pistons and now I can't even go back to my stock pistons. I need your help... 949 292 9810 is my cell deadinmyheartx is my AIM name.. and my name is ERIK if you're calling. thank you!!
please help!!!

You should start by pulling the engine apart piece by piece and try to turn it over after each piece is removed. There are numerous things that could cause this. The bearings could be undersized for the crank you are using, the rings could be wrong with no gap (although if this is the case I don't know how you would've gotten the pistons into the bores.
There is really no way to help much over the forum in this case. You will just have to keep disassembling and examining until you find the problem.
Good luck,

A shop is doing the work? I would take the car to a reputable shop that knows what they are doing. You are in SoCal, many good, reputable shops to choose from.

Your car is at a shop, they are having problems and cant figure out whats wrong? Makes me wonder how all these shops stay in business.
Question: What kind of rods are you using?
What do you mean "Locking up in the block?"

ok, well they think they found out what was wrong. I guess the piston rings they got from honda were too big, or something because when they tried to size therings in the cylinders they wouldn't even fit..so I guess they're getting smaller rings from honda..
the rods I am using are stock b16 rods milled to fit the pistons, balanced and what not.
and what I mean by locking up, is that when they turn the crank the pistons don't move.
whatever it is they're going to fix it. These mechanics are family friends so it's not like their random people..oh well any other suggestions?
