That would be a code 25, long flashes are 10's and short are 1's. Just add em up. Oh and you don't need to remove the battery terminal for 30 minutes or even 5 minutes. Just remove the 15a fuse under-hood for 20-30SECONDS and your ECU is reset.

To reset the ECU, take both terminals off the battery, then touch them together. It will completely drain all power from the system and reset. This was directly from a Honda tech, and it works.

Very unsafe to be handling the positive and negative at the same time. You do not want to be in the middle of a circuit. It would be easier to just unplug the negative for a few seconds and not mess with the positive at all.
An easy way for me to do this without having to reset my cd player's memory is to unplug the connectors from the ecu itself and wait a few seconds and plug them back in. Takes a minute for me.

Your not in the middle of a circuit, you take both leads off the battery, eliminating the power source. It'd be doing the same thing as touching two leads together that aren't connected to anything.
What you're doing is draining any power left by the capacitance in the system which could be saving any codes.
