engine light on
my check engine light is on for no reason its reading knock sensor but vtec is working how do you reset the ecu from coming on i have a b18c1

wrong. its the 10amp fuse under the main fuse block under the hood. leave in unpluged for 10 seconds and the ecu will reset

i think its a 7.5 but anyway.....
also unplug the hazard fuse under the hood....not sure if this is a "wives tale" or not but it always works for me.....

No not wrong, you could disconnect the neg. batt for 10 seconds and that resets everything in the car. You unplug the fuse if you care about radio, and such.
