Default How To Take Out Dash On EG???

Does anyone have any tips on the easiest way to take apart the dash on an EG? Also what about the passenger airbag? I am planning on taking mine out on Saturday but thought I would ask if anyone can give me some useful tips.

Thanks!!

lots of screws and clips... there are screws in the center defroster on top of the dash in the middle vent.

I just did mine the other day, if you search their's a couple threads on it.

But really man, just grab the proper tools and go at it, remove all the bolts and everything. It's not very hard.

It took me and my brother about 2-2.5 hours to remove it.

BTW: I used to live in North York.. Reppin' T.O. down south.

Thanks for the help guys but by any chance is there a diagram showing where all the screws and bolts are. I am really concerned about how to take out the passenger airbag as well with out it going off.

Its good to know that you are still reppin for the T.O.

I think the Haynes manual might have one, I'm not sure though.

I have a 92, so no idea about personal experience with the airbag, sorry bro.

Buy a Haynes or Chiltons manual, they have all the locations and stuff that you need.

The hardest part is getting the dash off once the bolts and clips are off. The steering wheel kind of gets in the way so you can either take it off, remove the nuts that hold the steering column up under the dash, or ninja the dash out of there with the wheel in its place.
