If you just want the ability to open your doors with a remote, just install door actuators (about $10 per door. You can find them on eBay), and run the relays to the module that will open/lock the doors (like an alarm). An illustration of installing actuators can be found here: http://www.a1electric.com/door_locks.htm

If it is the power windows etc. that you are looking to get than you will have to either swap the complete door, then have them painted or you can swap all the internals. The door shells are identical(I know because my father hit my car in the driveway and now I have to get a complete shell from the dealer) The wiring should already exist in your factory molex plug. I believe you will have to install fuses in the empty locations on your fuse box. Good Luck.

remember if you are planning to add the power windows, you need to get a door panel in which it has the power window switches. I put power windows and door locks in my hatch, and i pretty much hardwired all of it, i used ex door panels, and then later ctr. Its not too much work, to get all of those creature comforts
