Default How to get my window down

Long story short,my ej2 was hit in the passenger door before I got it, and the previous owner got a door off en EX......problem is it has power windows and locks. I don't care about the lock as I can just reach over and lock it, my question is what do I need to run a hot wire to to get the window up and down?

Any help is greatly appreciated

So I'm better off finding a black door with a manual window

And better off going to another forum where you won't get flamed by any grumpy people. Everyone here is an elitist and you will only get good help if it's a super complicated problem that nobody's ever heard of.

Convert it all to auto, or ... manual.

Maybe try using some problem solving skills and a search engine instead of waiting for an answer to be handed to you. Typical.

And how were you flamed in my response? Sounds like you're a little touchy.

The only people who get flamed around here are the lazy, the stupid, and the jerkoffs. You've hit 2 for 3, care to go for the trifecta?

OP, you don't need to replace the whole door. You'll need the door card (the inside vinyl and cloth covered part of the door), as well as the manual window actuator and handle, and the manual lock assembly. Pop the door card off, remove the power window actuator, install the manual actuator, replace the door card, install the handle, done. It can be a few hour job if you have all of your parts squared away. All of the bolt holes will be there already - you don't need to replace the entire door.

I never said your response. I never even said your name lol. I was merely warning him of flaming. Sounds like you're the touchy one taking things to heart and making assumptions.. hmm..

I'd like to see where I hit the 2 out of 3. Sounds like you took offense to what I said even though I didn't say any names. Maybe you're one of them, who knows.

Why did you even come into the post? To start a flame war?
So let's get back to the contributing;
OP there have been people who have done their own wiring to get all power functions of the doors to work, but it is not easy and rather tedious. If you want to go full power here are two links.
