How to fix a coliover thread?
I have a oppertunity to get some nuespeed coilovers for cheap but the problem is that the guy selling it does not have the top nuts for them, we tried to put them on with the stock nuts and end up stripping the threads on one of the front ones.
Can I get the threads fixed? The one is pretty bad to where we took a little chunk out of it so it cannot be re threaded.

where is the chunk taken out of it? have you tried taking all the threads off of it and re threading it w/ a smaller nut

use a tap and die kit to rethread it....i have a harbor freight kit and it works great or u could spend money on a craftsman one
