I bought a batronix eeprom programmer kit, built it and acquired an atmel eeprom, but was relying on Uberteg to send me the editing software, for which I paid him, but he's disappeared.

In any case, what are some other options for editing bin files (as stock and NA ones abound on pgmfi.crx-forum.org)? Is there any kind of crappy utility that would turn it into a spreadsheet, let's say?

I'm pretty much stuck without this and completely lost, so all help is appreciated...
