How Do I make sure that I have recieved a gsr tranny?
Just want to make sure that it is a gsr tranny
Is ther a stamp on it like there is one on the block?

Sorry but there's no way at all to tell if you got a GS-R or LS tranny unless it says Y80.
S80 and Y80 were both used on GS-R trannies, but for some reason S80 is also used on ITR and LS trannies too.
If it says Y80 it's most certainly a GS-R because they never used Y80 on anything other than GS-R for some reason, but again S80 could be any of the 3 Integra trannies.

Yes JDM is the same.
...And I don't know why Honda did something so damn stupid like using S80 for all Integra trannies but Y80 on some GS-Rs only.
